I give you MAUREEN. A zine created by 30+ year old women and aimed at anyone (like me) who feels deflated every time they put down a female-aimed magazine. Feeling poorer, uglier and less successful than when they first picked it up.

 

MAUREEN is a collection of articles and artwork from women I am lucky to call my friends. They are successful, independent, funny women who are living full lives with no plan on slowing down from their manic 20s but continue to look for the next great task to accomplish. Whether starting their own business, changing careers or keeping their children alive for another day. They are the women I would have wanted to read about in my teens for inspiring advice, the women I would have wanted to read about in my twenties for hope and the woman I enjoy reading about in my thirties to realise I’m not alone.
